WARRANTY POLICY

Limited Warranty
Neon:
The CPI-6-35, CPI-10-35, and CPI-EZ12 are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship by a Two (2) Year Limited Warranty from invoice date.

The CPI-6035, CPI-10035, CPI-10035FL, CPI-10035DM, CPI-10235FL, CPI-10235DM, DC-45, and DC-75 are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship by a One (1) Year Limited Warranty from invoice date.

LED:
The CPI-12V60W, CPI-12V100W, and CPI-12V150W are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship by a Three (3) year Limited Warranty from invoice date.

The CPI-PL-1×4, CPI-2×2, and CPI-2×4 are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship by a five (5) year Limited Warranty from invoice date.

Retail purchases are backed by a One Year Limited warranty from Invoice date. This warranty is only for replacement of a defective unit. All Retail sales are final.
Our products will not be refunded if they were bought to troubleshoot a problem with a sign. If you are having trouble with the sign please have it inspected by a professional before buying our products.

Company liability is limited to replacement cost only. CPI is not responsible for claims made for shipping, installation costs or other expenses. CPI is not liable for any incidental or consequential expenses or liability incurred after purchase as a result of unreasonable use, improper installation, or failure to observe common safety practices. There is no warranty either expressed or implied, on clips, tube supports or other accessory parts.

Damages: The receiver is responsible for reporting any damages to merchandise received immediately to CPI and UPS. CPI will not be held responsible for damages not reported to UPS or CPI in a timely manner.

Conditions: Limited warranty void if serial number or unit is modified or tampered with in any way, including cutting the power cord.

Replacement: All Units returned to CPI will be inspected and tested. The results of the inspection and testing will determine the actions taken.

  1. If it is determined that the unit is in good working condition then the unit will be returned to the customer.
  2. If the unit is bad and within the warranty period then the unit will be replaced.
  3. If the unit is bad and outside the warranty period the unit will be returned at customer discretion.
  4. If the unit has been tampered with (i.e. cutting the power cord) then the unit will be returned at the customer’s discretion.
